What our companies do on site, and how each job is scoped and billed.
Drywall hang, tape and finish
RBS Services LLC. Board is delivered, hung, screwed off and finished to the level the plans call for (Level 4 standard, Level 5 for critical light or dark paint). Ceilings, curved walls, bulkheads and soffits are priced in the same quote.
- 1/2 in. and 5/8 in. standard, moisture-resistant, fire-rated and sound board
- Tape, three coats, sand; corner bead, control joints and access panels
- Texture (orange peel, knockdown) or smooth finish
- Patch and repair on remodels and additions
Insulation and air sealing
RBS Services LLC. Blown-in attic insulation to the R-value specified (R-50 attics are typical), fiberglass batts in exterior walls and floors (R-21 and R-13), spray foam at roof-deck perimeters, rim joists and foam boxes, plus poly, roof vents and air sealing before board goes up.
Renovations
RBS Termonde LLC, across Texas. Kitchens and baths, interior rebuilds, finish carpentry, drywall repair, paint and make-ready work. Projects are scoped in a written quote with a stage schedule; occupied homes and turnover deadlines are planned around.
Building and general contracting
RBS Estaires LLC. Ground-up homes, additions and whole-house rebuilds under one contract and one schedule. Estaires manages site work, framing, mechanical, insulation, drywall, finish and inspections, using our own crews where we have them and vetted subcontractors where we do not.
Where we work
Drywall and insulation crews are based in central Wisconsin and travel across the Upper Midwest. Renovations are performed across Texas. Building and general contracting projects are quoted individually. All work is performed within the United States.
