Billing and payments

Each company invoices under its own legal name. One consistent invoice, one secure place to pay.

Paying an invoice

Invoices are emailed from the company that did the work (RBS Services LLC, RBS Termonde LLC or RBS Estaires LLC) and include a secure online payment link. Open the link to pay by:

Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
ACH bank debit
Bank transfer (ACH credit or wire) to the account details shown on the invoice
Check, payable to the company named on the invoice, mailed to 47 Pleasant Street, Suite BS, Northampton, MA 01060

The payment page is hosted by Stripe (invoice.stripe.com). Your card or bank statement will show RBS SERVICES LLC, RBS TERMONDE LLC or RBS ESTAIRES LLC. Receipts are emailed automatically. All amounts are in US dollars.

If you did not receive an invoice or the link has expired, email info@raddpayments.com with the invoice number and we will resend it.

Security

Online payments are processed by Stripe on a Stripe-hosted payment page over an encrypted (TLS) connection. Card and bank details go directly to Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider; we never see or store full card numbers. This website is served only over HTTPS.

Payment terms

Builders and property managers: Net 30 on approved account with PO or job reference; early-payment discount as stated on the invoice.
Homeowners and renovation clients: Deposit at signing, stage payments as work completes, balance at completion.
Building contracts: Deposit, scheduled draws, balance at substantial completion per the contract.
Change orders: Priced in writing and approved before the work is done.
Sales tax: Charged where required by the job state.
Currency: United States dollars (USD).
Late payment: 1.5% per month on balances more than 30 days past due, or the maximum allowed by law.

Scheduling and delivery

Drywall and insulation: Scheduled to the builder's calendar; board stocked one to two days ahead; typical house hung and finished in two to three weeks.
Renovations: Start date and stage schedule in the quote; most baths two to four weeks, kitchens four to eight.
Building: Schedule in the contract with milestone dates.

Questions about a charge

If an amount on your invoice or statement does not look right, contact us before disputing it with your bank. Most questions are resolved the same day with the signed stage sheet and photos for the job.

Deposits, cancellations and refunds

Deposits are refundable less materials ordered and work scheduled if you cancel before the start date; stage payments cover work completed. Full details are in our deposit, cancellation and refund policy.
