Who we are
RBS Build Works is the construction services group of Radd Payment Solutions, LLC, a Massachusetts company that runs billing, receivables, bookkeeping and payroll for operating businesses. RBS Build Works is where that capability is applied to trade and construction companies we operate or partner with.
RBS Services LLC hangs and finishes drywall and insulates new homes for builders in the Upper Midwest. RBS Termonde LLC renovates homes and light-commercial spaces across Texas. RBS Estaires LLC builds: ground-up homes, additions and rebuilds under one contract.
How the group works
Each company runs its own crews, trucks and jobs. What they share is the back office: scheduling, invoicing, customer accounts and receivables run centrally, so a builder working with two of our companies gets one point of contact and one consistent invoice format. The same team provides receivables management to a small number of partner contractors who keep their own name and crews. It is a back-office service for established trade businesses we work with directly, not a public offering.
Where we are
Our administrative office is at 47 Pleasant Street, Suite BS, Northampton, MA 01060. Crews are based where the work is: central Wisconsin for drywall and insulation, Texas for renovations.
